About the Role
We are looking for a young, energetic, and hands-on Citrus Agronomist to join our fruit production team. This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the world’s most dynamic agricultural environments—Southern Vietnam: home to over 250,000 hectares of pomelo, lime, orange, and mandarin farms.

Key responsibilities
• Manage and optimize all citrus production activities on our pomelo training farms:
o Monitor crop health and execute timely interventions
o Implement and track fertilization, irrigation, and spraying programs
o Conduct pruning and other key tree care operations
o Plan and coordinate harvest activities
o Ensure high standards of farm hygiene, safety, and sustainability
o Responsible for the farms to be compliant with Globalgap/GRASP/LEAF
o Deliver top-tier farm performance, setting an inspiring example for smallholders
• Capacity Building & Farmer Support
o Support development of training materials and programs
o Train extension teams and smallholder farmers
Requirements
Qualifications and skills
· Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, or related field
· Minimum 3 years of practical experience on a citrus farm
· Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn
· Strong ability to supervise local farm teams
· Hardworking, hands-on approach
· Experience with organic citrus production (a “nice to have”)
· Fluent in Englis
